Looking for a new fun low sew fabric craft? This fabric cutting guide was developed to cut precise 3/8" squares to create Cheryl's Mini Mosaic quilts. Layer 4-6 scraps of one color of batik fabric, measuring less than 3" square, and cut with a rotary cutter in the slots. Carefully, pick up the ruler, trying not to disturb the already cut fabric strips and turn the cutter 90 degrees and cut again. You will end up with perfect squares to use to for your mini mosaic. Also included is a booklet that gives complete instructions to create your own mini mosaic.
This guide and directions to make a pomegranate mini mosaic were featured in the August 2016 issue of Quilting Arts.
